Discuss with Executive Relocation contacts.
Schedule and conduct property showings and tenant interviews.
Collect rent and mail or direct deposit rent checks.
Supervise the maintenance of necessary repairs with invoices direct to owner.
Option 2: call for fee information
Advertise vacancy: Beach Reporter, SouthBayRentals.com, WestsideRentals.com, etc.
Discuss with Executive Relocation contacts.
Schedule and conduct property showings and tenant interviews.
Collect rent and deposit rent checks into Trust account.
Pay expenses out of gross monthly rent in Trust account.
Render monthly statement of deposits and expenses for property.
Supervise and manage all necessary property repairs.
One time Vacancy Option
Approximately 25% of One Month’s Rent:

Screen prospective tenants against all 3 credit reporting agencies.
